Reserve your corporate suite

If you would like to lease a specific corporate suite, here is a summary of the steps in the process:

  1. Confirm with us the suite you have selected is still available.
  2. Place a reservation deposit at the bottom of this page to reserve an available apartment. If you are looking in future for suites that are not yet available, use our Adavanced Reservation Program.
  3. Let us know you placed a depsoit.
  4. We will send you a rental application via docusign. There is a pdf at the bottom of this page, but docusign is easier and preferred.
  5. Complete the application and submit.
  6. Upon approval, we will send you a lease via docusign or pdf.
  7. Execute the lease.
  8. Pay the balance due prior to move in using the PAY RENT tab on this site.
  9. We will send you arrival/access instructions and suite/building information.
  10. Move-in and enjoy.

To book a suite, you will need to submit an application and place a reservation deposit. You can download an application from this page (bottom) or request one via docusign (no need to print - just click through). Make your to ValueSuites@MotorCityRelocation.com

  • Via mail (contact us for procedure)
  • E-Check (FREE) ($5,000.00 limit)
  • Credit Card ($20.00 FEE)
  • PayPal ($20.00 FEE)

We do Buisness as MotorCityRelocation.com. Your lease will be with Value Suites, LLC and payments will be made to Value Suites, LLC.

 

When placing a deposit, please be sure to enter which suite you are booking and your projected move-in date. You may want to let us know which is more important, the specific suite or the date you need it to allow greater accuracy in suggesting a suite for you if the one you wanted is no longer available

 

Your deposit is refunded if your application is denied or if we cannot reserve the suite you want and/or the date you want it. You may also request a refund within 48 hours of placing the deposit for any reason.

 

The holding deposit will be credited to your move-in charges which includes the first month's rent, one-time cleaning fee, and security deposit. Your holding deposit and/or security deposit will be refunded in the same manner in which it was paid, with the exception of ACH which will be refunded via check.

 

We will continue to market and offer suites until a deposit is submitted. Once a deposit is received, we will hold the requested apartment (if available on the dates requested) until your application is processed. If the apartment you desire is not available, we will offer you alternatives or a refund.

 

REFUNDS: Availability is subject to change. If the suite you selected is no longer available, you will be offered alternative options. If you decline the other options or nothing fits your needs, you will be refunded the deposit.

 

Terms and conditions in the lease shall prevail in the event any policies described herein are incongruent with the lease agreement. Security deposits will be refunded less charges within 30-days of move-out and as described in the lease.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY:

We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone. We will not share your information with anyone unless that party is involved in the transaction, such as, but not limited to the host property where the suite you lease is located and the payment processing company.

We do not use your information for marketing. You will not receive spam email of junk mail through USPS by supplying us personal information. The information you provide is for our own accounting department, processing your application and generating a lease.

We may use the information to locate a guest in case of emergency or in the event they default on the terms of the lease.

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the Internet.

We encourage you to select the E-Check payment option which is simply an electronic check from your bank account to our account. It is FREE to you, easy and secure. If you prefer to use a credit card, we have included that option with a small service fee. Credit card payments include a fee of $20.00. Your transactions with us are identified as Value Suites, LLC on your statement.
