Reserve your corporate suite

If you would like to lease a specific corporate suite, here is a summary of the steps in the process:

  1. Confirm with us the suite you have selected is still available. (SEE ALL LISTINGS HERE). If your arrival date is more than 5-7 days from the posted available date, please contact us. Posted prices are based on a lease start date no more than 5-7 days (depending on the apartment) from the available date. 

    NOTE: Booking requests are not secure until a deposit has been paid and your booking is confirmed via email.

  2. Place a reservation deposit. We will send you, via email, a credit card consent form. Please complete that form. We will charge the reservation deposit and send you a paid invoice/receipt. This is the preferred method as that system interacts directly with our reservation software and is real time. If you have trouble, or if you wish to pay via ACH, you can use our past method of payment by placing your reservation deposit at the bottom of this page to reserve an available apartment. Although it works just fine and is secure, we do not receive alerts from this alternative method so be sure to let us know you placed a deposit through our website. If you use the alternative method at the bottom of the page, please forward your paid deposit receipt to for immediate attention. We will then enter your reservation manually. The apartment is not booked until we enter the reservation; that is the advantage of the credit card consent method - it automatically books the reservation when we charge your card. Either method works just fine though. 

    NOTE: Booking requests are not secure until a deposit has been paid and your booking is confirmed via email.

  3. If you are looking in the future for suites that are not yet available, use our Advanced Reservation Program.
  4. We will send you a rental application via Docusign after your reservation is booked.
  5. Complete the application.
  6. Upon approval, we will send you a lease via Docusign or pdf.
  7. Execute the lease.
  8. We send you a move-in balance invoice.
  9. Prior to move-in, we will charge the amount due to your credit card that you entered in the consent form. In the alternative, you can pay your balance due using the PAY RENT tab on this site, but again - send us the receipt since payments on the site are not tied directly to our reservation system.
  10. After your payment has been approved, we will send arrival/access instructions and suite/building information to your reservation email address.
  11. Move-in and enjoy.

To book a suite, you will need to submit an application and place a reservation deposit. You will receive an application via Docusign (no need to print - just click through) after you place a deposit.

When placing a deposit on this site, please be sure to enter which suite you are booking and your projected move-in date. You may want to let us know which is more important, the specific suite or the date you need it, to allow greater accuracy in suggesting a suite for you if the one you wanted is no longer available.


Your deposit is refunded if your application is denied or if we cannot reserve the suite you want and/or the date you want it. You may also request a refund within 48 hours of placing the deposit for any reason.


The holding deposit will be credited to your move-in charges which includes the first month's rent, one-time cleaning fee, and security deposit. Your holding deposit and/or security deposit will be refunded in the same manner in which it was paid.


We will continue to market and offer suites until a deposit is submitted. Once a deposit is received, we will hold the requested apartment (if available on the dates requested) until your application is processed. If the apartment you desire is not available, we will offer you alternatives or a refund.


REFUNDS: Availability is subject to change. If the suite you selected is no longer available, you will be offered alternative options. If you decline the other options or nothing fits your needs, your deposit will be refunded.


Terms and conditions in the lease shall prevail in the event any policies described herein are incongruent with the lease agreement. Security deposits will be refunded less damages, missing items and unpaid balance charges within 30-days of move-out and as described in the lease.




We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone. We will not share your information with anyone unless that party is involved in the transaction, such as, but not limited to the host property where the suite you lease is located and the payment processing company.

We do not use your information for marketing. You will not receive spam email or junk mail through USPS by supplying us personal information. The information you provide is for our own accounting department, processing your application and generating a lease.

We may use the information to locate a guest in case of emergency or in the event they default on the terms of the lease.

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the Internet.

We encourage you to select the ECheck payment option which is simply an electronic check from your bank account to our account. It is FREE to you, easy and secure. ACH helps us keep costs, and therefore, prices down. Your transactions with us are identified as Value Suites, LLC on your statement.

RESERVATION Deposit is $500.00 unless otherwise instructed by your contact at LLC. Advanced Reservation Program deposit is $250 now and $250 when you select the exact apartment/condo.

  • Select "Property Unit Deposit"
  • Select Pay With ECheck (ACH). It is Free.
  • Or, you can use a credit card. American Express not available here (use the credit card consent method or Paypal option if you want to use American Express).
  • DO NOT CLICK ON "Add to cart" Unless you are using PayPal.
